Homecare Recruiter

Successful Aging Care Net is hiring a Homecare Recruiter for an in-person role in Upper Darby, PA (19082). This position supports a home health agency by leading talent acquisition activities from sourcing through onboarding, while maintaining accurate recruiting records and employment law compliance.

What you will do

• Design and execute sourcing strategies using social media marketing, HR sourcing practices, and talent management software to attract qualified candidates.
• Run full-cycle recruiting, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and coordinating onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection and employment law compliance.
• Support campus recruitment and other external recruiting efforts to diversify the talent pipeline.
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate movement, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment reporting.
• Lead high-volume recruiting campaigns, including cold calling, candidate sourcing, and relationship management to fill multiple roles efficiently.
• Maintain HR and legal compliance by ensuring adherence to employment & labor law regulations throughout the recruitment process.

What you bring

• Proven experience recruiting CNAs and HHAs for a home health agency.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication to manage candidate expectations and employer branding.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Paychex or ADP for payroll integration and employee data management.
• Knowledge of employment law, HR legal compliance, and employment & labor law principles as applied to talent management.
• Experience supporting talent management and related HR functions including succession planning, employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations.
• Proficiency using social media platforms for recruitment marketing and candidate sourcing.
• Experience with Taleo and/or other ATS platforms, with the ability to leverage talent management software to streamline recruiting workflows.
• Ability to meet high-volume recruitment demands while maintaining attention to detail and supporting a positive candidate experience.
