Home Care Recruiter

ATTTENDING HOME CARE is hiring an experienced Home Care Recruiter to support hiring for HHAs and PCAs serving clients in Staten Island.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Patient Care Assistants (PCAs).
• Build and maintain relationships with local training centers, job fairs, and community resources to identify potential candidates.
• Support the full recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and verifying HHA/PCA certificates.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pool to support ongoing agency hiring needs.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in home care or healthcare recruitment.
• Proven ability to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of the home care industry (a plus).
• Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred).
• Well-presented, energetic, and responsible approach to the role.
• Familiarity with Arla onboarding software (a plus).
• Field Recruiting: 2 years (required).
