Experienced Truck Driver Recruiter

Cypress Truck Lines is hiring a full-time Experienced Driver Recruiter to support recruiting operations at its Jacksonville, FL terminal on-site.

Responsibilities

• On-site marketing and job ad placement to support recruiting efforts
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls
• Answer questions from driver applicants
• Process applications from submission through the next recruiting steps
• Support orientation activities and handle related paperwork

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recruiter experience
• Sales and transportation background
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Ability to work a 40+ hour work week
• Strong multitasking ability
• Truck driver recruiting experience: 1 year (Required)
• Transportation & logistics experience: 1 year (Required)

Compensation & Job Details

• Job type: Full-time
• Work location: In person (onsite)
• Pay: From $35,000 per year
• Base salary + commission: Starting at $35K/year (based on experience)
• Location: Jacksonville, FL
