Experienced Truck Driver Recruiter

Cypress Truck Lines is hiring onsite at the Jacksonville, FL Terminal for an Experienced Truck Driver Recruiter. This full-time, on-site role offers a salary of USD 35,000 per year and a benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401K with a 50% match up to 6%, six paid holidays, and up to two weeks of vacation. The position focuses on recruiting truck drivers, processing applications, providing on-site marketing and job ad placement, and assisting with orientation and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• On site Marketing and Job Ad Placement
• Handle High Call Volume
• Answer driver applicant questions
• Processing applications
• Assist with all aspects of orientation and paperwork

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year Recruiter experience
• Must have a sales and transportation background
• Detail orientated and able to work independently
• Must be able to work 40+ hour work week
• Ability to multitask
