Entry Level Staffing Consultant - Healthcare Recruiter

Ro Health (Seattle area) is looking for an entry-level Staffing Consultant and Healthcare Recruiter to help grow connections across the Pacific Northwest. This onsite role in Ballard, WA pairs hands-on recruiting work with relationship building and marketing execution, supported by a benefits package designed to help you plan and recharge.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate the staffing and placement process between healthcare providers and client facilities across the Pacific Northwest
• Build and manage relationships with client organizations and a network of healthcare providers
• Interview and screen candidates to support successful placement
• Assist with candidate onboarding to help new hires get started smoothly
• Develop and execute a marketing plan, including hands-on strategy and outreach
• Negotiate wages with prospective candidates
• Network with trade associations

Compensation and benefits

Pay: From $62,000 per year.
