Dental Talent Acquisition & Business Development Specialist
Job Description
This remote, U.S.-based position focuses on growing Desort's Dental Division through talent acquisition and business development within DSOs, private practices, and multisite dental groups.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand a portfolio of dental clients, driving long-term partnerships
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities in the dental sector
- Outreach and present Desort’s recruitment solutions to prospective clients
- Strengthen Desort’s presence across DSOs and private practices
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure smooth placements
- Provide market insights on dental hiring trends and compensation benchmarks
- Represent the Desort brand with professionalism and urgency
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, account management, or dental/healthcare staffing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
- Confident in outreach, negotiation, and closing deals
- Organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple pipelines
- Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
