Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

GenScript/ProBio is seeking a Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner for a six-month, onsite assignment in Piscataway, New Jersey. This role focuses on high-volume hiring across U.S. sites, with compensation in the range of $30-$32 per hour. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management is required to support both technical and cultural recruitment objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment across U.S. sites, ensuring strong technical and cultural alignment for open roles
• Screen applicants and present qualified candidates with hiring recommendations when appropriate
• Keep current on Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action guidelines and laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act
• Performs additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
• Experience in Human Resources within a fast-paced environment
• Headhunter or recruiting experience in the life sciences industry is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities
• Experience driving process standardization and improvement efforts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
