CDL Driver Recruiter

Reveille Trucking, Inc. is hiring an experienced Driver Recruiter to support the recruiting and onboarding pipeline for CDL Class A drivers in Edinburg, TX (hybrid). In this role, you will focus on building relationships, filling trucks, and improving hiring outcomes from initial contact through orientation.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit and hire qualified CDL Class A drivers
• Manage applicants from first contact through orientation
• Advertise openings on Indeed, Facebook, Craigslist, and other recruiting platforms
• Conduct phone interviews and pre-screen applicants
• Maintain frequent communication with prospective drivers using calls, text, and email
• Build relationships with CDL schools, referral sources, and industry contacts
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously work to improve hiring results
• Partner closely with operations to understand current hiring needs

What You Bring

• Previous recruiting experience (transportation industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfort using recruiting software, social media, and online job boards
• Ability to build trust and create long-term relationships with drivers

Compensation and Benefits

Reveille Trucking offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary and performance-based earnings. The pay range is $45,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year, with opportunities that may include bonuses based on driver hires and retention, plus the potential to earn significantly based on results.
