This onsite, entry level Campus Recruiter role in Lexington, KY focuses on on-campus recruiting across multiple universities, building strong partnerships with campus organizations and students to deliver full-time hires. You will serve as the liaison between Corporate and Regional Sales Recruitment teams and act as the campus subject matter expert. The position offers a base salary of USD 45,000 per year, with quarterly bonus potential and a sign-on incentive, plus a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training to support your career development.

Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in recruiting top campus talent
- Contribute to business growth by identifying and delivering qualified candidates for TQL’s Sales and Corporate careers
- Advance campus contact relationships by focusing on candidate-producing connections with faculty
- Clearly communicate campus recruiting strategies and initiatives to recruiting teams
- Creatively expand campus reach through professors, coaches, student group leaders, career offices, and other college officials
- Source candidates via campus platforms, social media, and job boards
- Participate in job fairs, presentations, and other campus events year-round
- Build and maintain strong relationships with peers and recruiting leadership
- Collaborate with Marketing to amplify campus presence among underclassmen
- Create, promote, and execute job shadow programs
- Track metrics and drive results to meet campus hiring goals
- Enter, maintain, and ensure data integrity in the applicant tracking system and campus reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Recruiting experience preferred, but no experience is required
- 0–3 years of professional experience, preferably in campus recruiting
- Thrives in a metrics-driven environment
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact effectively with professionals at all levels, internal and external
- Ability to enthusiastically promote the company to potential employees
- Willing to travel up to 80% during peak campus recruiting season
