Bilingual Talent Acquisition & Office Operations Coordinator

McMaid Home Services is seeking a bilingual Recruiter and Office Operations Coordinator in Rolling Meadows, IL to manage full-cycle talent acquisition for House Cleaning Technicians while supporting day-to-day office operations through cross-training. This role includes a clear path to grow toward expanded Talent Acquisition and HR leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment, including posting roles on Indeed and social media, sourcing, screening, interviewing, conducting background checks, and extending offers.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, facilitate initial company orientation, and support an inclusive onboarding experience so candidates feel welcomed from day one.
• Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support a fast, communicative, and consistent application process.
• Cross-train with a small office team and assist with daily administrative needs such as customer service, scheduling support, or basic office workflow as required.
• Support local employer branding efforts by helping market the company through local social media channels.
• Ensure hiring and onboarding documentation and processes remain compliant with local and federal employment laws.

Required Qualifications

• Fully fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) to interview and onboard the technician workforce.
• 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in high-volume, frontline, or service-industry environments such as cleaning, hospitality, retail, or logistics (preferred).
• Proficiency using job boards and sourcing tools, including Indeed and ZipRecruiter, along with general office software and ATS platforms.
• A collaborative and flexible approach, with willingness to support shared office tasks to meet team needs.
• Strong relationship-building skills to keep candidates engaged in a competitive labor market.

Work Schedule and Location

• Location: Rolling Meadows, IL (onsite), in person
• Expected Hours: 35.0 to 40.0 hours per week

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
