Job Description
IPG is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across North America from our onsite Sarasota, Florida location. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to align staffing needs with business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for entry level to mid level hourly and salaried roles across IPG North America.
- Ensure compliance with requisition approvals, job postings, and advertising standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process by screening candidates, presenting qualified talent, and refining workflows.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, provide regular updates, and coach them on interviewing and offer best practices.
- Coordinate candidate assessments and deliver results to hiring teams prior to interviews.
- Manage candidate communication and logistics, including interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and onsite coordination.
- Oversee the offer process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR partners to support seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain and enhance standardized hiring processes for hourly and salaried positions.
- Partner with Payroll to process candidate expense reimbursements.
- Support Corporate HR with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field required.
- Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience; at least 2 years in the staffing industry strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and detail orientation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web based platforms, including video conferencing tools.
