Responsibilities

• Use your network and company technology to identify and engage diverse candidates seeking their next role
• Learn candidates’ skills and align them with job opportunities
• Support clients by sourcing and providing top talent
• Consult with clients on talent needs and share how Manpower can help address them
• Meet performance targets through being goal-oriented, taking initiative, and staying agile in a fast-paced environment
• Build authentic relationships with clients, candidates, and associates to strengthen loyalty and increase placement outcomes
• Engage current talent in unique development programs to prepare them for upcoming opportunities

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• High School Diploma

Compensation / Pay

• Base pay + uncapped monthly commission*
• $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Herndon, VA (onsite)
