A growing and award-winning trucking operation is seeking a Driver Recruiter to join the Knoxville team. The role focuses on identifying strong CDL driver candidates, fostering relationships, and delivering measurable results in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

Source and attract qualified CDL drivers
Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
Guide applicants through the hiring process from start to finish
Coordinate orientation and onboarding activities
Follow up with candidates to ensure a positive experience
Build relationships with former drivers and referral sources
Meet weekly hiring goals and maintain a robust hiring pipeline

Requirements

Prior recruiting experience, with transportation recruiting preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and self-motivated
Comfortable using recruiting software, job boards, and social media
Driven by goals and results
Positive attitude with a sense of urgency
