Talent Acquisition Sourcer and Coordinator
Job Description
This is a contract talent acquisition role based in Sunnyvale, CA, focusing on sourcing, pipeline-building, and coordinating international hiring with an emphasis on candidate experience and data-driven outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partially manage the recruitment processes, including JD drafting, job posting, phone screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and evaluation standards.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct cold outreach and effectively engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for long-term hiring needs.
- Conduct industry and competitor talent mapping.
- Provide structured insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor landscape.
- Support strategic hiring decisions with data-driven recommendations.
- Track hiring metrics and analyze recruitment data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize recruitment efficiency and quality.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
- Serve as the primary contact for candidates, agencies, and interviewers.
- Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure efficient scheduling.
- Build trust-based relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2 to 8 years of talent sourcing experience (strong sourcing capability is essential).
- Proven ability to independently work in the recruitment processes, from initial contact to interview and follow-ups.
- Proficient in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional and global teams.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
- Results-driven, accountable, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

USD 8,500 - 11,000 per month
