Talent Acquisition & Retention Associate
Job Description
JRBT invites a Talent Acquisition and Retention Associate to lead full-cycle recruiting, campus engagement, and retention initiatives, while shaping culture and events to strengthen talent pipelines and the overall employee experience. This onsite role in Waco, TX offers a salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year and requires a Bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of recruiting experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for accounting interns, from sourcing through to offer acceptance
- Assist hiring across departments in collaboration with leadership to address growth needs
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with universities, faculty, and student organizations
- Plan and run career fairs, information sessions, and recruiting events
- Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Work with HR to conduct stay interviews, review turnover data, and identify trends
- Design and implement programs that boost engagement, belonging, and retention
- Partner with leadership to reinforce company culture and the employee experience
- Organize company-wide events such as holiday celebrations, appreciation days, and volunteer activities
- Oversee vendors, logistics, budgets, and communications for programs and events
- Collaborate with Marketing to enhance employer branding and storytelling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum of two years of recruiting experience, with a preference for professional services backgrounds
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience planning and executing events of varying scales
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel to college campuses
- Experience with events or campus recruiting is a plus

Schedule
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility required for events.
Compensation
Annual salary range: USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year
