Job Description

Emory University offers a hybrid, Atlanta based temporary Talent Acquisition Partner role within Emory Healthcare, with the opportunity to shape staffing for diverse top talent. The position supports equal opportunity employment and provides accommodations upon request.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake sessions, source candidates, interview, and review compensation for assigned Emory Healthcare service lines, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and Emory Healthcare policies throughout the employment process.
  • Perform related duties as needed within the recruitment function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years in Talent Acquisition, or 5+ years in Human Resources, Customer Service, Sales, or related field.
  • Demonstrated recruitment experience with strong customer service skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, CRM, HRIS, and/or customer tracking databases is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Weight lifting requirements vary, with ranges up to 50 lbs maximum and specific daily ranges (20-50 lbs for 0-33% of the day, 11-25 lbs for 34-66%, 1-10 lbs for 67-100%).
  • Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs.
  • Occasional to frequent standing and walking; occasional sitting.
  • Close eye work involving computers, typing, reading, and writing.
  • Physical demands may vary by assigned work area and tasks.

Environmental Factors

  • Environment conditions may vary depending on the assigned work area and tasks.
  • Potential exposures include blood-borne pathogens, bio-hazardous waste, chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors, communicable diseases, electrical shock, floor surfaces, hot/cold temperatures, indoor/outdoor conditions, latex, lighting, patient care/handling injuries, radiation, and shift work.
  • Travel may be required.
  • Use of personal protective equipment, including respirators, may be necessary depending on the assignment.
