Job Description
This onsite Talent Acquisition Partner role, based in San Antonio, TX, oversees end-to-end recruitment for high-volume positions across academic and medical specialties. The incumbent builds proactive talent pipelines, partners with hiring managers to define success profiles, and ensures a high-quality candidate experience aligned with the institution’s mission.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume roles across academic and medical disciplines, from sourcing and screening to offering and closing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define success profiles and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Monitor pipeline health and recruiting effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and present competitive offer recommendations and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Align recruiting efforts with organizational goals and workforce strategies.
- Deliver a high-quality, engaging candidate experience that reflects the institution's mission and values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Healthcare recruiting experience is preferred.
- Relationship management skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder partnerships.
- Clear communication and collaborative partnership with stakeholders.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking within talent acquisition practices.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices.

Time Off
- Front-loaded Paid Time Off: 128 to 208 hours (16 to 26 days) at the start of each fiscal year; may be prorated in year one based on date of hire.
- Extended Illness Bank: 8 hours (1 day) accrued per month, usable after one day of Paid Time Off is taken.
- Paid Family Leave: Up to 240 hours (6 weeks) after 6 months of consecutive employment to care for a spouse, child, or parent.
