Staffing Recruiter

Express Employment Professionals-Fremont, CA is hiring a Staffing Recruiter for a fully onsite, production-driven staffing role in Fremont, CA. This position focuses on high-volume sourcing, rapid hiring cycles, and managing multiple open job orders at once for warehouse, industrial, and office needs.

As the Staffing Recruiter, you will handle outbound recruiting activity, coordinate placements, and track time-to-fill and pipeline performance while supporting fast turnaround hiring in a manufacturing and industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage 8–10+ open job orders in a fast-paced environment
• Make 40–60 outbound calls per week to source and qualify candidates
• Submit 5–10 candidates weekly and help fill roles within 24–72 hours
• Build and maintain pipelines for warehouse, industrial, and office roles
• Conduct interviews, coordinate placements, and manage follow-ups
• Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and ATS tools (Bullhorn/Avionté preferred)
• Represent the company at job fairs and hiring events
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, activity, and pipeline

Requirements

• 4+ years of staffing agency or high-volume recruiting experience (Required)
• Experience recruiting in industries including manufacturing, logistics & warehousing, distribution/fulfillment, 3PL, construction/skilled trades, or food production/packaging, including Semi- Conductor
• Comfort with high call volume and fast turnaround hiring
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and meet placement targets
• Strong communication and sourcing skills
• Associate’s degree required
