Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

KAYAK is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for an 8-month fixed-term contract running August 2026 through April 2027. This role supports full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and works onsite in Cambridge, Massachusetts 3 days per week, coordinating with a team across time zones.

Role Overview

You will manage recruitment end-to-end, helping hiring teams translate needs into practical hiring plans. The position covers intake through offer and focuses on roles across Product, Design, Commercial (Sales, Partnerships), Marketing, and Engineering, including backfills and incremental headcount. You will also contribute to candidate experience and pipeline strategy for near-term and future needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from initial intake through offer, supporting hiring for Product, Design, Commercial (Sales, Partnerships), Marketing, and Engineering, including backfills and incremental headcount
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand team needs and create recruitment plans
• Act as a resource on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing strategies to support informed decisions
• Develop structured, role-specific interview plans and scorecards, and champion inclusive hiring while supporting consistent, equitable evaluation across interview panels
• Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for near-term and future hiring requirements
• Represent KAYAK authentically to candidates, ensuring an outstanding experience at every stage
• Collaborate with TA teammates across time zones and help contribute to a culture built on trust, flexibility, and shared success

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful in-house or client-embedded experience in a global or multi-site environment
• Proficiency in Ashby (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and how to run an equitable, structured hiring process
• Ability to manage your workload and adapt when priorities shift, working independently with limited direction
• Clear, thoughtful communication with candidates and internal teams, comfortable working across time zones and with distributed colleagues
• Comfort using data to track activity, identify patterns, and improve processes over time

Compensation and Location

• Location: Cambridge, MA (onsite, 3 days per week)
• Salary: USD 50 - 57 per hour
