Recruiting Generalist

Monaco is seeking a Recruiting Generalist in San Francisco to drive top-of-funnel sourcing and manage interview coordination across the hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates across engineering, product, design, and GTM using LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound channels.
• Review early responses and applications for basic fit, then hand qualified candidates to the owning recruiter.
• Own interview coordination end to end, including scheduling, interview prep, reschedules, and candidate status updates.
• Maintain a clean ATS and monitor recruiting pipeline health (including pipeline coverage, response rates, and time in stage).
• Support scaling by helping document sourcing plays and scheduling workflows.

Requirements

• 1–4 years experience in recruiting, sourcing, coordination, or a related high-volume operations role.
• Hands-on sourcing experience, including personally finding and messaging candidates.
• Strong attention to detail with comfort managing multiple live processes at once.
• Clear written communication skills and a consistent focus on candidate experience.
• High agency and a builder mindset.
