Job Description

Impact Bio is scaling its Talent Acquisition team and adding a Recruiting Coordinator onsite in Atlanta, GA. This is an exciting contract opportunity with a collaborative culture where your contributions make a visible impact. You will join a high-performing team supporting a diversified client portfolio, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate the end-to-end hiring experience by managing interview scheduling and candidate communication so every candidate receives top-notch care from start to finish.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers to schedule candidates for open positions and maintain a customer-service focused process.
  • Provide timely updates to hiring managers, candidates, and internal partners throughout the interview process, including scheduling and candidate status.
  • Craft, refresh, and maintain job postings across platforms such as LinkedIn and the company’s ATS, ensuring roles are consistently presented to the right talent.
  • Post and refresh job ads in the ImpactBio Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn, client Applicant Tracking Systems, and other external job boards.
  • Review candidate profiles in the ATS and on job boards to support resume screening.
  • Maintain and update internal employee and client rosters.
  • Proactively research job boards and scheduling tools to identify opportunities that improve efficiency and cost savings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Previous experience as a Recruiting / HR Coordinator or in a relevant Human Resources / Administrative position required.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and external job boards is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams and committees.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Good judgement with timely, sound decision-making.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player mindset with a commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and intrapersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Versatility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
