Recruiting Coordinator

Direct Medical Transportation and Deluxe Taxi Transportation seek a motivated Recruiting & Applicant Screening Coordinator to handle screening and interview coordination across our transportation teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor our Indeed hiring account
• Review incoming applications and perform initial screening
• Communicate with candidates by phone, text, and video
• Coordinate interview scheduling with the HR Manager
• Assist with recruiting efforts and manage job postings
• Maintain applicant tracking and hiring records
• Support recruiting and staffing initiatives
• Collaborate with operations leadership to identify hiring needs

Requirements

• Strong computer skills
• Comfortable navigating Indeed and online hiring platforms
• Good understanding of social media and online communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Professional communication skills
• Organized and dependable
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Pay

• Hourly rate: $16.00–$17.00 per hour, DOE
