Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description
Cornerstone Caregiving in Missoula, Montana is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the hiring, onboarding, and training of caregivers while coordinating schedules between clients and caregivers. This onsite role reports to the local Operating Director and supports the growth and daily operations of the Missoula office in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, onboard, and train caregivers.
- Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
- Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
- Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
Requirements

- Has at least one year of experience working in home care/healthcare
- Has at least one year of managerial experience
