Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

WIESE USA INC is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruitment for branch teams across 25 states. This on-site role, based in Olivette, Missouri, will focus on sourcing top candidates through internet and phone outreach to support a wide range of roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified candidates who align with our culture, managing multiple openings that span from mechanics to sales to senior leadership roles.
• Conduct phone screenings to assess job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and abilities.
• Partner with hiring managers to recommend candidates and discuss potential compensation packages.
• Provide candidates with comprehensive information about the company, its culture, and benefits.

Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven success with cold calling and sourcing, with no candidate database provided for this role.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, several job boards, and various social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Capacity to actively promote the company to potential applicants.
• On-site work in Olivette, MO, near I-170 and Olive.
