Recruiter I opportunity with a limited hiring pool at TWD Financial for the Dallas Metro Area (Plano, TX onsite).

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates
• Perform candidate outreach and conduct initial interviews
• Build and manage an active candidate pipeline
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates
• Learn and apply recruiting systems and processes
• Work toward recruiting and placement goals

Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience is required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional, organized, and dependable
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Comfortable conducting interviews and candidate outreach
• Open to additional training and development
• Dallas Metro Area residency is required
• In-person interview required
• Background check required
• Completion of required training required
• Must be located in the Dallas Metro Area

Compensation

• 100% commission-based with no hourly or guaranteed salary component
• Earnings are tied to recruiting performance and successful placements
• $1,500.00 to $2,500.00 per month
