Job Description
The Producer Talent Acquisition Professional in Florida onsite is responsible for identifying, nurturing, attracting, and recruiting top insurance producers and sales leadership, managing end-to-end recruitment, and collaborating with hiring managers to fit candidates with the company culture.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential candidates, build and nurture talent pipelines, design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, assess skills and experience, conduct interviews, and manage a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring managers to grasp team needs and cultural fit, ensuring the best candidate matches the organization.
- Strategic Sourcing & Talent Delivery: develop and execute sourcing plans to attract and place top-tier insurance producers, sales leaders, and impact roles across the United States.
- Talent Pipelines: create and maintain a robust candidate slate through networking, industry events, and digital recruitment tools.
- Relationship Management: build strong connections with candidates, hiring managers, and talent communities.
- Talent Quality: screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to align the right talent with the organization’s needs.
- The Power of WE: collaborate with talent acquisition teammates, hiring leaders, and regional leaders to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Industry Knowledge & Affiliations: stay current on industry trends, market compensation, and talent acquisition best practices; leverage affiliations and partnerships to boost brand awareness and pipelines.
- Talent Retention: support onboarding and integration of new teammates and help ensure long-term retention.
- Core Talent Acquisition: manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on a positive candidate experience and timely hiring decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance producer roles and the skills required for success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple demands simultaneously, ensuring timely results without sacrificing quality.
- Familiarity with recruiting software and applications such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dynamics ATS, and other talent acquisition tools.
