Job Description
The Driver Recruiter role at Giltner Logistics identifies and screens candidates for Independent Contractor and Company Driver positions, guides new hires through onboarding, and collaborates with Operations and Safety to support driver staffing from Twin Falls, ID (remote).
Responsibilities
- Support the creation and distribution of driver job postings and recruitment advertising
- Review applications and select qualified candidates
- Arrange and conduct interviews with applicants
- Review company packages, perks, and benefits with candidates
- Collaborate with Operations and Safety teams to align hiring efforts
- Lead new driver orientations
- Guide new hires through the onboarding program
