Job Description
GXO Logistics offers an onsite opportunity in North Carolina that supports a large recruiting team through hands-on administration focused on background screening, compliance projects, and data reporting. Responsibilities
- Make determinations on background screening outcomes
- Audit the background check processes used by staffing agencies
- Lead data collection for annual demographic reporting and related needs
- Support compliance initiatives related to background screenings and I-9 procedures
- Plan events and manage projects for the recruiting team
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources, legal, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Associate degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- Understanding of DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations, including pre-employment testing procedures and requirements
- Positive, can-do attitude; willingness to contribute ideas and expertise
- Proven ability to be deadline-oriented and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Solid research and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
