Job Description

Anduril Industries backs its people with a robust equity component in most full-time offers and a comprehensive benefits package available at little to no cost. This contract Technical Recruiter position, focused on manufacturing hardware, is based in Atlanta, GA on a hybrid schedule. The engagement runs six months with potential extensions to two years and a possible transition to full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on prospecting techniques and tools for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, process improvement, automation, and candidate management
  • Own and drive full-cycle hiring strategy with clear communication and reporting
  • Conduct a high volume of interviews and anticipate and influence hiring manager preferences to optimize interview-to-offer conversions
  • Engage and source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and SOBO campaigns
  • Build talent maps to generate market insights that inform engagement strategy
  • Drive diverse talent into the organization while ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
  • Represent the company's brand and recruiting team with a high standard internally and externally
  • Leverage internal resources, teammates, and cross-functional partners to craft strategies around selling our value proposition and shaping hiring practices

Requirements

  • 6+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience evaluating and hiring top tier talent
  • 3+ years partnering with senior level leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress, and advising on talent strategies
  • Experience recruiting in agency and fast-paced startup environments, hiring exempt roles for Hardware, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Ability to be onsite/hybrid at the Atlanta, GA office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ITAR policies around hiring practices
  • Experience acting in a consultative manner to drive improved outcomes and positive candidate experiences
  • Clear and effective communication with candidates to understand motivation, drivers, and fit within the organization
  • Experience managing multiple high-volume pipelines and tracking progress throughout the recruitment process
  • Highly autonomous, collaborative, and adaptable
