Technical Recruiter, Manufacturing (Contract)
Job Description

This contract Technical Recruiter position, focused on manufacturing hardware, is based in Atlanta, GA on a hybrid schedule. The engagement runs six months with potential extensions to two years and a possible transition to full-time.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on prospecting techniques and tools for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, process improvement, automation, and candidate management
- Own and drive full-cycle hiring strategy with clear communication and reporting
- Conduct a high volume of interviews and anticipate and influence hiring manager preferences to optimize interview-to-offer conversions
- Engage and source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and SOBO campaigns
- Build talent maps to generate market insights that inform engagement strategy
- Drive diverse talent into the organization while ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Represent the company's brand and recruiting team with a high standard internally and externally
- Leverage internal resources, teammates, and cross-functional partners to craft strategies around selling our value proposition and shaping hiring practices
Requirements
- 6+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience evaluating and hiring top tier talent
- 3+ years partnering with senior level leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress, and advising on talent strategies
- Experience recruiting in agency and fast-paced startup environments, hiring exempt roles for Hardware, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Ability to be onsite/hybrid at the Atlanta, GA office
