Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Sevita is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support daily business operations through recruiting and hiring qualified, diverse applicant pools. This role includes the flexibility to work from home, with the requirement that the selected candidate live in Minnesota or North Dakota. The position focuses on end-to-end recruitment activities and data-driven reporting to management.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for running core recruiting processes, from drafting employment opportunities through candidate sourcing, screening, and interview participation. The role also contributes to sourcing strategy development and supports ongoing analysis of recruitment and retention outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates
• Draft employment ads and determine appropriate external sources to attract qualified applicants
• Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies, including advertising campaigns, job fairs, and school programs
• Analyze recruitment and retention results and prepare reporting for management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (preferred)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with others
• Technically savvy with demonstrated knowledge of best practices with social media, applicant tracking systems, and Excel
• Strong commitment to the company’s mission and values
• Ability to interpret metrics and make appropriate recommendations

Location and Work Arrangement

The role is based in Saint Cloud, MN with a remote work option. To be eligible for remote work, you must live in Minnesota or North Dakota.
