Talent Acquisition Partner

MedSpeed is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruiting for high-volume, field-based roles and serve as the primary candidate contact.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume field roles, from sourcing through onboarding
• Partner with field hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and deliver recruiting solutions
• Manage candidate pipelines in an applicant tracking system with accurate notes, strong follow-through, and a positive candidate experience
• Coordinate selection steps including resume screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling
• Proactively source candidates using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms to stay ahead in talent identification
• Work with HR to streamline background check and onboarding support so new hires start strong
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy recruiting team and support continuous improvement
• Assist with additional tasks, jump in where needed, and take on special projects that support growth

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with mid-level managers and align recruiting to business goals
• People-centric approach with strong professionalism and ability to create impactful first impressions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage and influence across all levels
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working across departments to achieve shared goals
• Proactive, results-oriented work style with initiative and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines and performance targets
• Adaptable to change in a service-driven, multitasking environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite preferred); ability to learn new tools quickly

Compensation

• USD 70,000 - 80,000 per year (based on experience, skills, and location)
• Discretionary bonus available
