Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Description
MedSpeed is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Rochester, MN (onsite) to run full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, operations field-based roles. This position works directly with field hiring managers to source, screen, interview, select, and onboard candidates while managing candidate pipelines and maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume field roles, from sourcing through onboarding, to ensure qualified candidates aligned with MedSpeed’s mission and culture are attracted.
- Partner with field hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.
- Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system with accurate, timely notes, maintaining momentum and a positive experience at each stage.
- Coordinate selection activities, including resume screening, phone interviews, and scheduling interviews to support a seamless and efficient hiring process.
- Proactively source talent using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms, staying current with approaches to identify strong candidates.
- Partner with HR to streamline background check and onboarding steps so new hires begin with confidence and support.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy, supportive recruiting team and help foster a positive hiring culture.
- Assist with additional tasks and special projects as needed to support team growth and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Proven success building strong partnerships with mid-level managers to align talent strategies with business goals.
- Energetic, people-centric approach with strong first-impression skills and professional representation of the organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence across organizational levels.
- Strong collaboration mindset suited to a team-oriented culture, including working across departments to support shared outcomes.
- Initiative and a proactive mindset, with a clear focus on results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines and performance expectations.
- Adaptability to change, service orientation, and comfort with multitasking and flexibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, with Jobvite preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms used to streamline recruiting.

Compensation and Location

Salary: USD 70,000 to 80,000 per year
