Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner will drive end-to-end sourcing and recruitment across the organization, focusing on sourcing, candidate identification, networking, and best practices that align with hiring goals. Salary range: USD 74,868 to 93,585 per year.
Responsibilities
- Execute full cycle recruiting to support staffing across all levels of the organization.
- Develop a deep understanding of hiring strategy, processes, culture, and skill needs to craft compelling job descriptions, design effective recruitment strategies, and engage candidates through creative sourcing, screening, and qualification for a diverse set of hiring managers.
- Provide recruitment counsel to hiring managers on market trends, compensation, required skills, target companies, interviewing and assessment approaches, and sourcing tactics.
- Translate findings into sourcing strategies, assessments, and closing approaches that improve results.
- Review applications and assess candidate qualifications against job descriptions or scope of work criteria.
- Conduct thorough prescreening interviews and recommend highly qualified, diverse candidates.
- Promote the company’s recruitment brand by participating in job fairs, conferences, and other networking events.
- Manage candidate communications and relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle and educate candidates about Optimas culture, benefits, and role expectations.
- Provide regular status updates to hiring managers regarding open positions, outreach efforts, and progress as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, associations, and other organizations to source talent.
- Proactively develop and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Identify candidates via the company career site, social media, job boards, associations, and other channels to sustain a steady pipeline for high-priority roles.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong background recruiting for industrial, manufacturing, and logistics environments, including high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
- Proven success recruiting across hourly, professional, commercial, and corporate functions.
- Ability to partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and deliver quality talent in competitive labor markets.
- Track record of achieving time-to-fill goals with high retention.
- Robust sourcing capabilities and collaboration with HR business partners and hiring managers to translate staffing needs into successful hires.
- Self-directed, results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced setting; strong prioritization and ability to manage large volumes of work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and diplomacy skills.
- Experience with online networking tools such as LinkedIn and recruitment databases; adept at expanding professional networks.
- Creativity in sourcing methods and the ability to think quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and flexibility when priorities shift while serving employees and the organization.
