Strength & Conditioning Coach and Lead Recruiter (Sales)

Part-time Strength & Conditioning Coach and Lead Recruiter (Sales) role at D1 Madison West, based in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver energetic, motivating coaching with subject-matter expertise in every session
• Safely and consistently implement the D1 workout framework
• Provide up to 12 hours per week of group training, plus personal, small-group, and team sessions as applicable
• Maintain facility cleanliness and ensure equipment upkeep
• Make outbound calls and connect with community members in person to generate new membership leads
• Represent D1 at community events, schools, and local businesses to raise brand awareness

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or actively pursuing one
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required; a high level of fluency is preferred

Role and Schedule
