Colonial Life is looking for a Sales, Recruiting and Training Manager to strengthen a high-performing sales team serving the Orange County area. This independent contractor position blends recruiting efforts, hands-on field training, and ongoing support for client relationships. The role is hybrid, based in Fountain Valley, CA, with flexibility to work a schedule that fits.
As a manager focused on development, you will mentor team members, contribute to selecting strong candidates, and help run team meetings and training exercises. Your work will connect recruitment, field coaching, and relationship building into a consistent process for team growth.
