Recruiting Sales Specialist
Job Description
Wholesale Payments Inc. seeks a Recruiting Specialist to source, screen, and place sales candidates nationwide. The role emphasizes cold outreach, data management, and close collaboration with Sales Managers. This is an onsite, hourly position based in Lubbock, Texas, with relocation required prior to start. Weekly pay, performance bonuses, a 30-day probation, and full benefits after probation are available.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates through proactive outreach and cold contacting.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for fit for sales roles.
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate records in spreadsheets.
- Partner with Sales Managers to understand hiring needs and move qualified candidates forward.
Requirements
- Background in recruitment, sales, or telemarketing, with experience in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to engage candidates, build rapport quickly, and influence decisions through persuasive communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable conducting phone screenings and presenting opportunities, and addressing candidate questions effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage candidate data, track outreach, and monitor progress accurately.
- Motivated to meet recruitment targets, exceed outreach goals, and deliver consistent results.

Schedule and Pay Benefits
- Hourly pay of USD 15 per hour, with performance bonuses and incentives.
- Weekly pay.
- Probation period of 30 days, during which either party may part ways at any time.
- Full benefits after the probationary period.
