Recruiting Sales Specialist

Wholesale Payments Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Sales Specialist to recruit top sales agents nationwide, conduct interviews, and maintain candidate data with spreadsheets. The position is onsite in Fort Worth, Texas, paid at USD 17 per hourly, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified candidates through targeted outreach and cold calling.
• Conduct interviews and assess applicants for suitability.
• Maintain recruitment activities and candidate details in spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to align hiring needs and advance qualified candidates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience (Required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage data and track progress accurately.
• Goal-oriented with motivation to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
• Willingness to relocate to Fort Worth, TX 76116 prior to start (Required).
