Job Description

The Recruiting Business Partner role with Amazon.com Services LLC is based onsite in Nashville, Tennessee. It focuses on building robust talent sourcing channels, cultivating relationships with hiring managers, and closing searches within tight deadlines through strategic talent attraction and measurable benchmarks.

Compensation

Salary: USD 64,800 - 126,100 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize multiple talent sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers.
  • Drive timely closure of searches under tight deadlines.
  • Design and implement talent attraction strategies, with experience in setting benchmarks and metrics.
  • Collaborate with sourcers and recruiting coordinators to target and place qualified candidates.
  • Emphasize continuous process improvement and strategic planning.
  • Serve as the client lead for designated groups.
  • Foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture that delivers efficient, high-quality internal support and meets service level agreements.
  • Prioritize and manage searches to meet timelines, applying benchmarks and prioritizing SLA considerations.
  • Establish proactive relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
  • Demonstrate strong candidate generation, client management, and organizational skills.
  • Exhibit clear verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Manage time effectively, push back when appropriate, and maintain urgency.
  • Value delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • At least three years of technical recruiting experience in high-volume, high-hiring-bar environments.
  • Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of technical recruiting experience in high-volume, high-hiring-bar environments.
  • Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
  • Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflows among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
