Recruiter

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is hiring a Recruiter to support hiring needs for its warehouse operation in Plainfield. In this on-site role, you will manage full cycle recruiting, work closely with hiring managers, and help match qualified candidates to roles across a growing business.

This position is based in Coventry, RI (onsite), with an annual salary range of USD 68,000 - 100,000. The role requires 3+ years of HR recruiting or talent acquisition experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Role Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting to support staffing across the growing warehouse operation, spanning entry-level roles through technical and high-level positions.
• Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine talent needs, job duties, and required qualifications and skills, then develop a recruitment plan.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate alignment with position requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to recruitment events and to Uline’s North American locations for initial training.
