Job Description

Encore Global is seeking a Recruiter to support high volume, full life cycle hiring for non-exempt positions across assigned territories and departments. This onsite role in Las Vegas, NV combines sourcing, candidate screening, and coordination with HR and hiring managers to build a reliable talent pipeline.

Role Summary

The Recruiter is accountable for managing the recruiting process from sourcing through offer and onboarding support. Responsibilities include strategic talent pipeline management, proactive sourcing planning, and ongoing candidate communication in partnership with regional hiring managers, HR, and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, interview, and select qualified internal and external candidates for non-exempt roles for current and future openings.
  • Coordinate with regional hiring managers to understand location and market-specific requirements through a formal engagement call for each newly identified position.
  • Build strategic sourcing plans for assigned positions and territories using available tools and resources.
  • Conduct competency-based telephone interviews and present pre-screened candidates to hiring managers.
  • Follow up with hiring managers on candidate status and provide feedback regarding hiring decisions.
  • Facilitate the interview and screening process to move requisitions toward closure.
  • Participate in quarterly workforce planning meetings with key leaders to identify Talent Acquisition needs that support pipeline management.
  • Implement a proactive sourcing strategy, including regular internet sourcing using AIRS techniques, social media participation, employee referral management, competitor solicitation, and maintenance of a robust pipeline.
  • Support hiring events as needed within assigned geographic territories.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, including contact information and notes, in the searchable Applicant Tracking System.
  • Build relationships through participation in relevant local industry associations such as SHRM, ERE, PCMA, MPI, or NACE to network with industry professionals.
  • Support college relationship initiatives to strengthen both short- and long-term recruiting solutions for field teams when possible.
  • Ensure positive first impressions and consistent follow-through on candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Track all candidate communication and hiring progress using the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Maintain compliant candidate files and notes within the ATS in alignment with Federal and State guidelines for documentation and reporting.
  • Use social networking sites and the Encore Careers’ blog to communicate employment messaging and generate positive candidate engagement.
  • Respond to applicants in a timely and professional manner and follow up on commitments made during screening and recruitment.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team members by sharing candidate information, leads, and market intelligence to support overall talent strategy.
  • Make recommendations for process improvement within Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
  • Assist with projects, vacation coverage, and other assigned responsibilities.
  • Support additional requisitions beyond assigned region or scope when time permits.
  • Manage requisition and candidate activity through the ATS.
  • Generate offer letters and guide top candidates through the pre-employment process.
  • Ensure onboarding activities are completed and communicate progress to relevant parties.

Required Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree (preferably HR, Communications, or Business-related).
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in full cycle recruiting in a services or related industry.
  • Effective comprehension, listening, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task while maintaining quality.
  • Experience sourcing, recruiting, and selecting exempt and non-exempt candidates.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet-based software systems.
  • Team player who can work independently and interface with diverse populations.

Work Environment

Compensation

Salary pay range: USD 70,371 - 91,482 per year.
