Recruiter

Merit Integrated Logistics is seeking a Remote Bilingual Recruiter to support high-volume warehouse hiring across multiple markets. Working closely with Operations, this role focuses on moving candidates from sourcing to onboarding with a mix of 70-80 percent remote work and 20-30 percent travel. The position is based in Shelby Charter Township, MI, with hybrid remote duties in Webberville, MI 48892.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and hire warehouse associates, leads, and support roles across multiple markets to support high-volume recruiting needs.
• Oversee remote recruiting operations, managing requisitions, candidate pipelines, and communications through ATS, sourcing platforms, and digital tools.
• Travel 20-30% of the year to support new site startups, orientations, and urgent staffing needs.
• Conduct interviews, orientations, and ongoing communications in both Spanish and English.
• Leverage technology for recruiting, including ATS systems, Google Workspace, video-interview tools, and digital onboarding platforms.
• Ensure compliance with documentation requirements, I-9/E-Verify completion, and adherence to company hiring standards.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English, verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 20-30% of the year.
• 1+ years of recruiting experience; logistics or warehouse recruiting preferred.
• Comfortable with ATS platforms, digital tools, and remote-work technology.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities.
