Onsite Recruiter role in College Grove, TN for The Foundation Specialists, offering a salary range of USD 55,000 - 65,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment and hiring processes from role definition to placement.
• Plan and execute all recruiting events to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and web interviews with screened applicants.
• Identify opportunities to promote employment with the company to potential candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for all new hires to ensure smooth integration.
• Collaborate with the HR manager to establish the annual recruiting budget.

Requirements

• Broad knowledge of HR processes and applicable laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with standard HR software.
• Customer service management experience is preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
