Participant Recruiter & Scheduler
Job Description
Firstsource Group USA is hiring hands-on Participant Recruiter & Scheduler to support large-scale, high-volume research studies across the San Francisco Bay Area. This hybrid freelance opportunity (1099) combines on-the-ground community outreach with digital recruiting and fast, day-to-day execution. You’ll help maintain steady participant flow through direct sourcing, screening, and organized pipeline follow-up.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA (hybrid, with in-person work when needed)
Engagement: Freelance 1099 contract
Schedule: Flexible during standard business hours
Initial duration: Approximately 1–2 months
Potential: Additional project-based work through the end of the year
Compensation: From $25.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Execute participant recruitment to meet daily targets in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
- Conduct field outreach across local communities, campuses, and public areas to drive recruitment volume.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, and local groups/networks to strengthen pipelines.
- Post and manage roles across digital channels to support weekly participant goals.
- Perform initial candidate screening and qualification to ensure candidates align with study needs.
- Maintain pipeline tracking and complete follow-ups to keep recruitment moving.
- Support day-to-day recruitment execution alongside onsite teams to ensure consistent participant flow.
- Collaborate with onsite teams to sustain steady participation from active sourcing through scheduling.

- Remote coordination and sourcing to support digital posting and pipeline management.
