Job Description

Namify LLC is looking for an energetic HR Coordinator/Recruiter to help build high-performing teams and strengthen people operations. This in-office role reports to the Director of People and offers a recruiting-focused position with room to broaden your HR expertise. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle while also supporting Human Resources initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through a variety of recruiting channels and build strong candidate pipelines
  • Review resumes and applications to identify standout candidates
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
  • Create compelling job postings and position descriptions
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and hiring decisions
  • Complete reference checks and facilitate job offers
  • Help ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with employment laws and regulations
  • Lead new hire onboarding and orientation to support an exceptional first-day experience
  • Support additional HR initiatives and projects as you develop your HR expertise

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience required
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and resume databases
  • Strong commitment to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective, cooperative working relationships based on trust
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions independently
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience using a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Schedule and location

Springville, UT (onsite). Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Full-time, in office).
