CNC Machine Operator

Hire Dynamics is hiring a CNC Machine Operator for an onsite role in Pendergrass, GA. This position supports day-to-day production by setting up, programming, and operating CNC vertical mills to manufacture parts that meet specifications, with quality checks and safety procedures built into the work.

The schedule for this role includes 1st/2nd shift coverage with a Monday through Friday structure, with weekends as needed. Pay is offered in a competitive hourly range, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, program, operate, and maintain CNC vertical mills
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Complete machine setups, tooling changes, and program edits as production requires
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure product accuracy
• Design and build fixtures as needed
• Carry out general machining and production tasks to support workflow
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards

Requirements

• 1-3 years of CNC Machine Operator experience
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Shift, Schedule, and Pay

• Shifts: 1st/2nd
• Schedule: M-F (weekends as needed)
• Location: Pendergrass, GA (onsite)
• Pay range: $19-$25 per hour (based on experience)
