CDL Driver Recruiter

Reveille Trucking Inc is looking for an experienced Driver Recruiter to help build a strong team of CDL Class A drivers. This hybrid role in Harlingen, TX combines results-focused recruiting with support for long-term career growth in a growing company.

This position supports the full recruiting journey, from attracting qualified drivers to helping move them through orientation. You will also partner closely with operations to align hiring efforts with current needs, while tracking recruiting metrics and continuously improving hiring results.

Compensation and benefits

You’ll receive a competitive base salary with additional earning potential tied to performance. Reveille Trucking offers performance bonuses based on driver hires and retention, plus the opportunity for significant earnings based on results. Pay range: $45,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire qualified CDL Class A drivers
• Manage applicants from first contact through orientation
• Advertise openings on Indeed, Facebook, Craigslist, and other recruiting platforms
• Conduct phone interviews and pre-screens for applicants
• Maintain frequent communication with prospective drivers using calls, text, and email
• Build relationships with CDL schools, referral sources, and industry contacts
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring results
• Work closely with operations to understand current hiring needs

Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience (transportation industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using recruiting software, social media, and online job boards
• Ability to build trust and create long-term relationships with drivers
