Campus Recruiter

Wayfair LLC is hiring a Campus Recruiter for a hybrid, full-time position based out of its Headquarters in Boston, MA. In this role, you’ll own full-cycle campus recruiting for intern, co-op, and full-time hiring, while building relationships that help Wayfair attract early-career talent year after year.

You’ll lead recruiting activities end to end, partner with hiring and program stakeholders to create an equitable candidate experience, and use funnel reporting and market insights to improve conversion at every stage. Your work will also extend to events and programs that support Wayfair’s presence on campus and engagement with university partners.

What you’ll do

• Own full-cycle recruitment from attraction to onboarding, including event planning and management, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across intern, co-op, and full-time roles.
• Develop and run school- and partner-specific engagement plans, such as career fairs, info sessions, classroom visits, and student group collaborations, to build a high-caliber and diverse pipeline.
• Build and deepen relationships with campus career centers, faculty, and student organizations as a strategic ambassador for Wayfair across campus and relevant external networks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including hiring managers, interview teams, HR partners, and program managers to deliver a seamless, equitable recruiting, interviewing, and hiring experience.
• Use data and market insights to monitor funnel health, identify competitive trends, and refine strategies to improve conversion across the pipeline.
• Serve as a business representative for early-career track questions, addressing candidate inquiries about Wayfair’s programs and career paths.
• Help plan and execute the corporate summer internship, Early Leaders, and co-op programs, working with the Programs team on orientations, events, and conversion strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements, experimenting with new technologies, and sharing best practices across Campus Recruiting and Programs.

What you’ll bring

• 1+ years of applicable experience in a high-growth, fast-paced recruiting environment, with campus, university, or early-career recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines and/or programs while maintaining a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while keeping candidate and stakeholder experience in focus.
• Experience building and nurturing relationships with campus partners and/or external organizations, and promoting an employment brand preferred internally and externally.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach, including the ability to influence, set expectations, and communicate clearly and diplomatically across levels.
• High ownership, organization, and urgency, paired with effective collaboration in a seasonal, fast-changing environment.
• Tech-forward mindset, comfort using recruiting systems, and experience integrating generative AI tools (example provided: Gemini) to improve sourcing, communications, and workflow efficiency.
• Process-oriented and flexible, with an interest in testing, learning, and iterating to improve candidate and stakeholder experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Location, schedule, and compensation

• Location: Boston, MA (hybrid, based out of Headquarters)
• Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday, with ability to work from home on Fridays
• Salary: USD 64,000 - 73,250 per year
• Experience level: 1+ years
