Reliance Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to support light industrial staffing in Plano, TX. This full-time, onsite role centers on finding and vetting multilingual candidates, then coordinating next steps with clients and hiring managers to help meet upcoming workforce needs.

Role Overview

As a recruiter, you will partner with stakeholders to understand job requirements and forecast staffing demand. You will also manage the end-to-end candidate flow, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support for new hires.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and upcoming workforce needs
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and local recruiting events
Publish job ads to career sites and social media channels
Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate fit for light industrial assignments
Administer and evaluate language proficiency (oral and written) when required
Coordinate interviews, orientations, and onboarding of new hires
Maintain regular communication with clients and managers regarding staffing progress and upcoming orders

Requirements

Previous recruiting experience; light industrial staffing experience preferred
Bilingual (written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish required)
Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and candidate sourcing tools
Ability to succeed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
Recruiting experience: 1 year (required)
Staffing industry experience: 1 year (required)
Spanish language: preferred
