Bilingual Recruiter

Minute Men Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join our on-site team in McKees Rocks, PA. This role supports our clients by pairing qualified candidates with opportunities, developing recruiting strategies, translating for applicants, and guiding them through the application process, while also building strong relationships with customers and associates and assisting with payroll tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pair qualified candidates with solid job openings

• Support payroll-related tasks

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette
