Overview

The Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for assessing staffing requirements, creating clear role specifications, locating qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding new hires through onboarding, with strict adherence to relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Forecast future staffing needs and craft detailed job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to align on a consistent set of requirements.
  • Source qualified candidates through databases, job boards, social networks, and other channels.
  • Lead interviews and screen applicants to fill open positions.
  • Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, and experience to match each role.
  • Complete onboarding documentation for new hires.
  • Promote the organization as a compelling employment opportunity to prospective candidates.
  • Manage internship programs to develop talent pipelines.
  • Stay current with employment laws and regulations and ensure internal compliance.
  • Provide recruitment metrics and reports to team managers.

Requirements

Compensation

Salary: USD 60,000 - 65,000 per year
